About You: Minimum 3 Years previous Customer Service experience in either Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices Organisation

  • Have dealt directly with sales representatives and Managers
  • Must have had experience with ERP and CRM
  • Must have worked to tight deadlines and is Pro active
  • Team player
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Previous sales order entry application use
  • Basic Excel level knowledge
  • Customer Focus
  • Attention to detail
  • Critical thinker with solution orientation

 About the Role:

  • To provide clear communication and link between Head Office and Sales Force
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of all orders to maintain efficient sales process
  • Handle orders flowing via EDI
  • Check account status, work with credit controller to resolve any issues with overdue/over credit limit accounts
  • Receive customer queries and communicate with BDMs to resolve queries in a timely manner
  • Proactive Customer Engagement to support sales as required
  • Monitor dispatch of orders and liaise with logistics team.
  • Admin of CRM
