Manage Customer enquiries and administration including:

  • Acting as the front line in our Call Centre
  • Resolving customer enquires in a timely manner by phone & email
  • Proactively liaising with customers to provide resolutions to queries in the first instance
  • Escalating higher level enquiries to the appropriate area based on pre-defined data-sets
  • Fuel Card Management
  • Novated Lease Protection (NLP) payments
  • Resolving Novated Online enquiries
  • Data management – Customer information and secure documents
  • General Enquiries
  • Provide support to consultants when required
  • Ad hoc duties

 
Packaging Sales Managers.

  • Corporate office experience & high volume processing (essential)
  • Call Centre Experience and an understanding of key metrics (essential)
  • Customer Service Focus
  • High level interpersonal skills including communication skills
  • Basic experience with MS Office Suite (an advantage)
  • High level numeracy skills
