Manage Customer enquiries and administration including:
- Acting as the front line in our Call Centre
- Resolving customer enquires in a timely manner by phone & email
- Proactively liaising with customers to provide resolutions to queries in the first instance
- Escalating higher level enquiries to the appropriate area based on pre-defined data-sets
- Fuel Card Management
- Novated Lease Protection (NLP) payments
- Resolving Novated Online enquiries
- Data management – Customer information and secure documents
- General Enquiries
- Provide support to consultants when required
- Ad hoc duties
Packaging Sales Managers.
- Corporate office experience & high volume processing (essential)
- Call Centre Experience and an understanding of key metrics (essential)
- Customer Service Focus
- High level interpersonal skills including communication skills
- Basic experience with MS Office Suite (an advantage)
- High level numeracy skills
- High level of accuracy
