About the firm
This National Australian law firm have an excellent reputation in the market and pride themselves on the work they produce. They are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their Banking, Insolvency & Disputes team as a Debt Recovery Paralegal. This firm are known to have a great work culture and a professional environment. The role is due to a continuous increase of workload and will work alongside another Paralegal three days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Managing case files
- Preparing default notices and court proceedings
- Acting as the liaison for clients
- Legal research
- Liaising with banks, solicitors and representatives
- Proof reading documents
- Proving support to the lawyers
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Paralegal in a Debt Recovery role
- Have a positive, motivated attitude and will thrive working in a team environment
- Must be a career Paralegal
- Ideally experience working in a large corporate environment
