NSW Government Agency is looking for a Dispute Resolution Specialist to join their team in Parramatta. You will support the effective customer dispute resolution strategy
 
Role scope:

  • Provide high quality customer support with Worker’s Compensation
  • Acquire specialist knowledge to deliver efficient customer dispute resolution.
  • Internal communication and team coordination for desirable outcome.
  • Create quality reviews of liability and work capacity disputes within the time constrain.
  • Maintain positive relation with external stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback to staff.
  • Communicate information with internal and external stakeholders on precedents and emerging trends to ensure they act consistently.

 
About you:

  • Experience in a similar capacity in Worker’s Compensation
  • Ability to work autonomously and at a fast pace.
  •  Excellent team management skills.
