NSW Government Agency is looking for a Dispute Resolution Specialist to join their team in Parramatta. You will support the effective customer dispute resolution strategy
- Provide high quality customer support with Worker’s Compensation
- Acquire specialist knowledge to deliver efficient customer dispute resolution.
- Internal communication and team coordination for desirable outcome.
- Create quality reviews of liability and work capacity disputes within the time constrain.
- Maintain positive relation with external stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to staff.
- Communicate information with internal and external stakeholders on precedents and emerging trends to ensure they act consistently.
- Experience in a similar capacity in Worker’s Compensation
- Ability to work autonomously and at a fast pace.
- Excellent team management skills.
