Document Controller

  • Central location

  • $30 + Super p.h

  • 6 month contract

I am looking for an experienced Document Controller for a corporate construction client of mine. This is a full time role for an initial 6 months with the view to extend.

Working on some major projects in and around the CBD, this is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your skills.

This is a full time position working 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday paying $30 + Super p.h

Duties to include:

  • Preparing & managing the delivery of all documents

  • Maintain regular communication throughout the projects

  • Receive and record technical documents including drawings

  • Formatting and compiling project documents

I am looking for candidate with the following experience:

  • 3 years experience as a Document Controller of Project Administrator

  • Ability to prioritise and organise

  • ACONEX experience (if possible)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment

  • Excellent attention to detail
