  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-Starter- ability to take on own initiative and follow through to meet deadlines
  • Microsoft word excel, and PowerPoint skills are essential
  • Highly advanced administration, organisational and prioritising skills
  • Proven track record in meeting deadlines and handling confidential information essential.  

 About the Company:  
A large world-renowned Luxury retail company based in Sydney
 
About the Role:

  • To Provide full EA services, administrative and organisational support for the Operations Manager
  • Develop and prepare weekly reports to track performance of market areas against KPIs
  • Arranging and negotiating suitable venues, equipment and catering
  • Coordinating all air travel, vehicle hire and accommodation for operations staff
  • Participate in project work and other duties is required
