- Minimum 2 years’ experience in admin

- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-Starter- ability to take on own initiative and follow through to meet deadlines
- Microsoft word excel, and PowerPoint skills are essential
- Highly advanced administration, organisational and prioritising skills
- Proven track record in meeting deadlines and handling confidential information essential.

About the Role:
- To Provide full EA services, administrative and organisational support for the Operations Manager
- Develop and prepare weekly reports to track performance of market areas against KPIs
- Arranging and negotiating suitable venues, equipment and catering
- Coordinating all air travel, vehicle hire and accommodation for operations staff
- Participate in project work and other duties is required
