About you and the role:

  •  2 + years’ experience
  • Diary and inbox management
  • Coordination of meetings
  • Travel coordination both domestic and international
  • High level organisational skills and proven ability to deal with multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • An ability to work under pressure and autonomously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Preparing documents / presentations
  • Assist with other ad-hoc duties including tenders, events, projects as required
