Job description
About you and the role:
- 2 + years’ experience
- Diary and inbox management
- Coordination of meetings
- Travel coordination both domestic and international
- High level organisational skills and proven ability to deal with multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- An ability to work under pressure and autonomously
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Preparing documents / presentations
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties including tenders, events, projects as required
