Executive Support

  • Diary and email management
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Liaising with clients
  • Organising events

Office Management

  • Liaising with building management on all office related matters and repairs
  • Liaising with local IT
  • Set up new starters
  • Managing relationships with all office suppliers and vendors
  • Managing access cards for all start
  • Arranging stationery
  • Ensure smooth running of office events and activities  

To be successful you will:  

  • Must have previous experience working within the Legal market, minimum 5 years
  • High level communication skills both written and verbal  
  • Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity of information and use discretion when dealing with such matters
