Robertson Search is part of a 15-year-old privately owned, international Recruitment Firm with a footprint that spans Australia, Asia, the Middle East and the UK. As a consequence of our long-term growth plans, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Executive Search Professional.
You will be responsible for executing retained searches (with support from our internal research function) while identifying and executing business development opportunities to win executive mandates in your practice area. The work is highly rewarding due to the assignments being worked and it is a real opportunity to shape your role and indeed your contribution in determining our future success
Presently our main focus is in the Higher Education and Research sectors; However, we have the opportunity to move beyond this with our ability to leverage relationships across the group to develop a niche practice in your area of interest.
You will be experienced already, having delivered within a similar capacity before. Given the seniority of the mandates we currently manage you will have a quality-driven approach to executing searches.
We want to work with people that are seeking to be a key part of a brand in its early stages (with the backing of a large recruitment group), and someone that wants to have the say in how their practice scales over time.
