About the role 

On-going temporary position As the facilities Coordinator you will be working with a small team of 3 to ensure the smooth running of the building.

Duties to include:

  • Sorting of mail
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Answering any queries
  • Build and establish new relationships with key stakeholders
  • On-boarding and Off-boarding of security passes
  • Arranging any subcontractors needed for repairs and maintenance
  • Sorting of mail
  • Ensuring compliance in line with stringent OHS guidelines

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Previous experience as a Facilities Coordinator
  • Experience managing contractors
  • Have an extensive background in soft services
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Customer service focused
