Job description

 In your role as facilities manager, your core focus will be to support the operational function across both existing and new office locations in Melbourne.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Consistent high levels of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of all Facilities Management services
  • Negotiate and maintaining facilities service contracts including but not limited to; MEP, Elevators, Hospitality, Pest Control, Cleaning & Waste removal.
  • Establish effective day to day business relationships with tenants and take a proactive approach to requirement
  • Contractor management
  • Development and modification of operational processes
  • Out of office maintenance attention

 
To be considered, you will have the following

  • Plus 5 years’ experience in overseeing the maintenance function across a minimum of 5 locations
  • Trade qualification of construction-related degree preferred
  • 5 plus years of management experience in the facilities, construction or related industry
  • Strong working knowledge of commercial MEP systems, specifically HVAC, plumbing, fire and life safety systems and electrical distribution networks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
