Job description

Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure third party contractors are performing as per agreements
  • Security management
  • Hard facility management - mechanical, electrical, fire, and HVAC
  • Planned preventative maintenance
  • Maintain benchmark standards for housekeeping and general cleaning and maintenance
  • Accommodation and space planning support of building re-stacks and churns
  • Responding to client enquiries and complaints ensuring timely and quality customer service delivery
  • Providing statistical data for weekly/monthly reporting
  • Building Emergency Management Plan and WHS best practice
  • Undertaking of urgent, routine, and ad-hoc maintenance.
  • Landlord liaison
