Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure third party contractors are performing as per agreements
- Security management
- Hard facility management - mechanical, electrical, fire, and HVAC
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Maintain benchmark standards for housekeeping and general cleaning and maintenance
- Accommodation and space planning support of building re-stacks and churns
- Responding to client enquiries and complaints ensuring timely and quality customer service delivery
- Providing statistical data for weekly/monthly reporting
- Building Emergency Management Plan and WHS best practice
- Undertaking of urgent, routine, and ad-hoc maintenance.
- Landlord liaison
