About the Role:

My client welcomes a Finance Administrator to join their busy Maitland office for a contract period of 3-months (with possible extension) you will be reporting through to the Manager of the Resource Operations Division.   

Responsibilities Include:

  • Administration and processing of Division’s Security Deposits which includes collection, filing, refunds and forfeitures
  • Support Invoicing and reconciliation of revenues
  • Support process improvement and documentation work
  • Attend to customer enquiries on payments and security deposits

About You:

  • Experience using SAP
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Background in Finance and Accounting
  • Background in State Government
