Key responsibilities include: meet and greet clients, maintaining two levels of boardrooms, distribute mail, organise couriers, order stock for kitchen and stationery, dealing with any building maintenance issues, organising laptops and mobile phones, assisting with client workshops and providing back up support to Executive Assistants.
