Senior BI Developer - Sydney/ Macquarie Park - $130K/$140K+ Super

PowerBI, SQL Server, Reporting, Agile, Azure, Dynamics

Our client is looking for someone to take ownership of the BI functionality for a large scale data warehouse implementation in Azure alongside a Dynamics 365 implementation. The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running, have an extensive background in the BI space, worked across Azure extensively on similar large scale projects.  This will be a client facing role, so excellent communication skills and a background in BA then transitioned to a BI role would suit. You must be able to relay technical solutions/ best practices across the business including to non technical stakeholders. 

Key responsibilities

• Implementation of DW in Azure
• Dynamics 365 implementation
• Analysing existing needs  then designing, building and implementing the required solutions
• Continually enhancing and improve the product offering
• Defining best practices and standards
• Work with customers on bespoke solutions

Requirements

• Excellent evidence of extensive PowerBI usage, including PowerBI desktop, service, apps etc
• Comprehensive experience of other reporting and BI tools
• Strong SQL Server skills
• SQL Analytics
• TableAU modelling
• SSRS, SSIS, SSAS
• Azure
• A strong team player and quick learner
• Agile team experience
• Confidence to work directly with the business, internally and externally
• Excellent communication skills
