Job description
Charterhouse are partnering with a well-established, 6 partner firm in North Sydney to recruit a Graduate Accountant to join their high performing Business Services division.
Full CA training support will be given along with on the job training, which will be provided by some of the best professionals in the industry, including the partners. The firm is highly professional and is at the forefront of using technology to enhance their clients experience while making the lives of their staff as easy as possible.
The culture is professional but fun and ultimately, they are there to offer the best client service possible, but they like to have fun along the way. The new offices are less than 12 months old and are perfectly situated close to cafes, bars, shops and public transport links. It’s the perfect place to kick off your accounting career.
The Role
You will be working alongside some of the top performers in the firm who will coach you on the job, day to day whilst getting involved in the following activities;
- Preparation of financial statements
- Tax returns for corporates, partnerships, trusts and HNWI’s
- Liaising with the ATO
About You
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, commerce or economics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for building a career in the accounting profession
