Job description

A chance to work for one of Australia's leading construction firms located in the South East Suburbs where you will be a key member of the HR team.  Reporting into the HR Business Partner your role will be varied providing assistance to the team with coordinating their recruitment activities.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

  • Posting/writing of job advertisements
  • Screening of candidates
  • Scheduling of interviews between interviewing panel and candidates (communications/room bookings/organizing changes
  • Initiation of all pre-employment validation checks (reference checks/medicals/ assessments/police checks)
  • Conducting telephone interviews
  • Coordinate exit interviews
  • Assisting with HR projects


The successful candidate will:       

  •   Previous experience working within HR Administration or recruitment support
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly motivated, strong work ethic, high level attention to detail and ability to manage conflicting priorities
