About You:
We are looking for someone with an experienced background as a HR Advisor, HR Officer or HR Consultant. The ideal person will also have worked across both white collar and blue-collar businesses. You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills, be able to manage expectations confidently and be extremely process driven. If you are confident in business partnering with high level executives, can think outside of the box and have a dynamic personality – this is perfect for you.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Contract execution
- Visa Applications
- Recruitment approvals
- Developing and maintaining supportive relationship with key stakeholders
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Coaching and providing creative solutions on employee relations and performance management issues
- Providing specialist advice to managers on disciplinary processes and grievances, and change management processes
- Asses risks and implications, and provide appropriate guidance to your business leaders
- Interpretation of award and industrial instruments
- Assist in the roll-out of new HR initiatives and processes
- Review and improvement existing HR processes, and assist in monthly reporting and data requests
