Job description

We have a rare and exciting 3 month contract opportunity within a notable health organisation, based in the heart of the CBD.  The require a strong HR Manager assist the HR Director with a re structure.  The predominate function of this busy role with be to offer direct support to the Director of HR.  

Responsibility for providing expert advice on change and IR, working in a small team you will develop and facilitate a large change project.  This will be a hands on role where you will also be advising.   To be considered you need to have strong experience working with a re structure and managing a change process. 

Your expertise with coaching and influencing senior management and sound experience providing strategic and operational leadership.
