About the role:
 
The HSEQ Program and Performance Administrator is responsible for the development and rollout of HSEQ programs and initiatives and provide support to the HSEQ Director in the day to day administration of the HSEQ responsibilities. This role also supports the HSEQ Advisors.


You will be required to:

  • Support the Director of HSEQ in developing and all functional goals and objectives
  • Devise and manage the program plans to achieve the HSEQ goals of the current or upcoming year
  • Collate and analyse HSEQ data each month and prepare reports against key measures and indicators for the Senior Leadership Team, Group HSEQ and HSEQ Board
  • Support programs to ensure Work Health Safety governance is both effective and demonstrable across the business 


About you:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work on own initiative and in consultation with Manager
  • Is self-motivated and demonstrates an ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communications skills with an ability to liaise with all stakeholders and maintain confidentiality
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Sound understanding of health and safety documentation and procedures
