My client is a national professional services organisation based in Sydney CBD. They are currently recruiting for a Level 1 & 2 Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their IT team on a permanent basis.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will include 1st/2nd level support, supporting and maintaining server and desktop operating systems whilst delivering a strong customer service experience to 200+ employees.
In order to be successful in your application for this position you will need to have the following experience:
- MS Office products
- Active Directory
- Remote assistance tool experience
- Windows 7/10 support
- Exchange 2010/2016
- Excellent customer services skills
