My client is a national law firm based in Sydney CBD. They are currently recruiting for a Level 1 & 2 Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their IT team on a permanent basis.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will include 1st/2nd level support, desktop/meeting support whilst delivering a strong customer service experience to 300+ employees.
In order to be successful in your application for this position you will need to have the following experience:
- MUST have worked for a law firm or for a professional services organisation.
- Office Application Support (MS Office)
- Active Directory
- Remote assistance tool experience
- Printing, video and teleconferencing support
- Windows 7/10 support
- Exchange 2007/10 support
- Excellent customer services skills
