Job description

• Immediate start short term contract  

• Leading NFP organisation making an impact in the community 

• $600-650 per day inclusive of Superannuation 

• The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter 

• Inner East Melbourne Location, near a train station. 

A fantastic opportunity to work with a leading and inclusive NFP organisation has implemented a number of initiatives that are having a major impact on people’s lives across Victoria.  Subsequently, these initiatives are having a major impact on people, process and technology internal to the business.    

Reporting to the ICT Programme Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of several key project initiatives.    

Key Skills / Responsibilities:  

• Ensuring project leads and team members are meeting their scheduled requirements;  

• Providing accurate reporting on Project/workstream statuses through set tools;  

• Tracking of risk & issues – ensuring accurate statuses are captured, and the plan to mitigate/resolve is articulate;  

• Diligent tracking of actions and dependencies, with quantified impacts (cost, schedule, scope) if not met;  

• Tracking of key milestones/deliverables against plan  

To be successful for this position you will need to display:  

• Someone with demonstrated experience in coordinating Technical Projects.  

• Schedule tracking & management  

• Deliverables Tracking & Approval   

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressured environment and manage challenging stakeholders  

• Comfortable running stakeholder meetings with 10+ participants.   

• Flexible and able to multi-task on multiple aspects of a project  

• Experience with NDIS is an advantage, but not essential.    

• Experience with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office.   

• Experience in relational database systems, especially Microsoft SQL Server is an advantage   

• Exposure to ServiceNow will be advantageous.
