Job description

My client, well known financial organisation is looking out for an IT Administrator and Coordinator  to join them - Brand new role and exciting opportunity to work in a fast pace , dynamic and flexible organisation 

Main responsibilities 


•    Assist the teams in administration and coordination of different workloads 
•    Contribute in effect contract negotiations and their renewal
•    Ensure the database is up to date with the correct contract information
•    Liaise with Finance to create Purchase Orders
•    Review the spend against budget ratios and manage accordingly
•    Meet with external vendors to manage relationships effectively
•    Review the agreed service level performance across the IT portfolio
•    Create and maintain a Vendor Matrix

Skills 

  • Contracts , vendors , workloads administration and coordination 
  • Fast pace and high volume management 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to build relationships
  • Financial Services experience is desirable.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service
  • Demonstrated collaborative working style, with good interpersonal and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
