Job description
This Local Government organisation are undertaking a number of initiatives under their Digital Transformation programme, having a widespread impact on the Council’s work practices. In this position you will play a central role in a CRM implementation from its inception. To be successful in this role, we need you to demonstrate the following experience:
Key Skills / Responsibilities:

Documentation and development of a business case.

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

Understand and conceptualise the end-client's use for a CRM and why they are wanting to implement a new CRM.

Open channels of communication with senior stakeholders within the organisation for progress reports.

Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for execution of projects.

Ensure project is delivered on time, within scope and to budget.

Mitigate project risks.
Requirements:

Experience with similar greenfield CRM implementations.

Knowledge of available CRM solutions in the market (e.g. Dynamics, Salesforce).

Minimum 5-years project management experience.

Project Management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PmBOK, or PMP).

Knowledge of Change and Release Management processes and procedures.

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills; internally with all support and technical staff, and externally to maintain strong relationships with strategic vendor.

Ability to facilitate workshops, identify opportunities, and make recommendations.
