IT Project Coordinator

Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to asset a community focused organisation on a PC Rollout project on an initial 4 month duration.

This role will be based in the South Eastern suburbs and see you coordinate the project end to end.

Essential Experience:

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the business and user community, the technology team, and other key stakeholders
• Develop and maintain the currency of project plans including schedules, risk plans and budgets
• Organise regular status meetings with team and relevant team members to review the progress of tasks and to discuss future activities and report any delays
