Multiple opportunities available for IT Service Desk Analysts in Liverpool. You will need to be flexible and available to work rotating shifts between 7am - 6pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week). Once experienced, you will be rostered for the "on-call" service which operates 6pm - 7am weekdays and 6pm Friday to 7am Monday. IT queries will be received via phone call and through ServiceNow.
- Liverpool location (will be required to travel to other Metro and Regional locations)
- $32 + super per hour
- Initially until end of June 2019
To be successful, you will need:
- At least 2 years experience working in a contact centre environment in a Service Desk capacity
- Previous experience using an ITSM (ServiceNow would be highly regarded).
- Excellent communication
- Previous experience achieving KPIs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
