My client is a national digital media organisation based in Sydney CBD. They are currently recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to join their IT team on a permanent basis.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will include providing 2nd/3rd level support, monitoring IT services, driving process improvement and working closely with the implementation and service desk team.
In order to be successful in your application for this position you will need to have the following experience:
- Windows, Exchange, Office365
- Level 2/3 support
- Strong ITIL knowledge
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
