Industrial Controls Systems & Cyber Security Principal Consultant - APAC

Job description

A global strategic firm with a well-regarded cyber security practice is expanding their ICS team across APAC. Working with a team of seasoned experts, you will be advising blue-chips on their industrial control systems. As an ICS and cyber security specialist you will provide guidance on cyber security best practice in an industrial control environment while supporting clients in building / improving their capabilities in incident detection and response, security architecture and related governance and processes.  Due to client-facing responsibilities, this role involves more than 50% of travels across the region and provide high visibility at Board level.

Main responsibilities:

• Building ICS security programs, including design, implementation and controls assessments
• Providing guidance on security detection and response capabilities in an ICS environment
• Providing cyber intelligence on OT assets
• Managing the implementation of security controls
• Acting as the Project Manager for the above projects

Mandatory requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a cyber security role with the relevant industry qualifications - CISSP, OSCP, GIAC
• Minimum 5 years experience in an Industrial Control Systems focused role related to SCADA, PLCs or DCS
• Experience in either security detection, security controls and/or pen testing
• Solid customer-facing skills and ability to influence at senior executives level
