About the role
An exciting career opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join a growing Intellectual Property team in Sydney. In this role you will be working primarily with leading Partners and Special Counsels on intellectual property and technology life cycle matters and on a range of matters including Trade Marks, Patents, copyright, privacy and advertising.
Reporting directly to Partner, this is a unique and exciting opportunity for someone to play a lead role in developing an IP offering to an intriguing mix of clients.
There will be plentiful opportunity to build on your career as a lawyer through outstanding learning and development training programs, first-hand mentoring from partners in the team, and strong engagement through direct client contact.
Ideally you will possess:
- 3-5 Yrs. PQE in IP Litigation;
- Strong commercial acumen;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to manage work load with autonomy;
- Excellent client service and people skills;
- A genuine interest or ideally hold tertiary qualifications in Science and an exceptional academic history from a well-respected university.
