About the client
Our client is a national law firm is looking for a bright and energetic Office Assistant to join their busy Sydney office. Reporting into the Office Manager, this is a varied role and will involve liaising with various stakeholders, both internally and externally as well as a high level of administrative responsibilities. If successful, you will also be able to take advantage of some of this firm’s fabulous benefits, including gym memberships, fresh fruit daily, monthly drinks and other fun social events.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving, sorting and redirecting mail
- Archiving, filing and maintaining records
- Assisting with catering and events
- Reception cover
- Delivering documents to court
- Providing administrative assistance to other secretaries
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Prior administrative experience with a professional services environment desired
- An immaculately presented, corporate appearance
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
