About the role
Charterhouse is one of the largest privately held Recruitment Businesses operating in Australia today. Over 110 Recruitment Consultants operate across more than 16 different disciplines across 20 different industries in 2 offices. Our business has enjoyed sustained growth for 13 years and it is continuing in 2018 and beyond.
Our legal team is looking for a junior lawyer or graduate who is looking to make a new career for themselves as a legal recruiter, to take over a “HOT” Private Practice legal desk, with roles waiting to be filled with established clients across the market including; global firms, top-tier, mid-tier, boutique and small firms.
Joining this successful team, you will have access to Charterhouse’s full training program, client and candidate ownership, a strong legal candidate database, specialised on-desk legal training adjusted for you and your level of experience, work with an experienced and friendly team and a marketing/entertainment budget.
About you
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have either completed your law degree and worked in a private practice environment or have 6 months to 1 year’s recruitment experience (ideally working with professional service clients). Strong communication skills and being highly motivated are also a must, so to is the enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced sales driven environment, as a member of a successful team.
