Job description

This leading ASX listed business is currently going through a large transformation of work and are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager who has delivered transformation projects.  The role requires the PM to have a experience working with Retail / FMCG environments and have excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.  In this role you will play a pivotal part working with both Business and Technical teams to deliver large scale programs across varied projects in a role that promises development and growth opportunities.

Essential Skills / Background
 
● Lead and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, resources and project deliverables
● Manage and lead cross-functional teams in order to successfully deliver projects on time and according to outcomes and quality requirements
● Scheduling, Risk Management and Budgeting experience
● Monitor and control each phase and steps of project implementation
● Identify and report project issues and project risks to the relevant individuals
● Find solutions to mitigate and/or minimise project risks and other issues
● Problem solving to remove roadblocks and develop solutions
● Prepare and deliver project management deliverables to the appropriate steering committees
● Build capabilities and coach others in project management skills and techniques
● Ensure consistent, pragmatic & high project & program management standards, identify opportunities to upskill Endeavour Drinks project management community
● Act as primary change agents and actively supports collaboration and "Better Together" culture across Endeavour Drinks Businesses.

Core Requirements 
 
● 5+ years experience in Project management
● Experience in managing complex programs and projects. Strong stakeholder management and leadership with the ability to influence upwards and outwards whilst growing capabilities within team.
● Track record of effective delivery skilled in delivery methodologies, planning, scheduling, risk / issue management, and ability to manage controls of the project. ● Ability to effectively engage and manage conflicting stakeholder requirements
● Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
● Vendor engagement (both software vendor and professional services providers)
● Demonstrated capability of working with onshore and offshore team
● Cost centre management within an IT context
● Bachelor’s Degree in business management, Information Technology, engineering or related discipline (formal project management education is preferred)
