Job description

An IT and Technology infrastructure-based company based in St Leonard's are currently seeking expressions of interest for an upcoming Leasing Administrator / Property Accounts Officer.

This role is essential to manage and sustain existing tenure rights and to ensure compliance with its contractual obligations on it's telecommunications infrastructure property portfolio.

The Role:

  • Precise and up to date record keeping and landlord address book maintenance
  • Data Entry – examining executed leases and tenancy documents for data extraction
  • Setting up and maintaining JDE system for diary of critical dates
  • Maintaining register of all tenant insurance required
  • Reviewing and coding of tenant specific details relating to outgoing invoices
  • High volume data entry and cleansing
  • Data Analysis – Payment trends and integrity checks

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar type role or financial administrative or property type role
  • High attention to detail with a sound analytical ability
  • Strong communicator with previous exposure to customer service
  • Second to none customer skills
  • Exposure to JDE system highly desirable
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • A good understanding of Accounting
