Mid-tier firm seeking a Legal Secretary on an ongoing basis for an immediate start. Great company culture and supportive environment, this role is perfect either for a working holiday visa with legal experience or an experienced Legal Secretary looking for some interim temporary work. Possible permanent opportunities for the right candidate.

Duties:

  • Diary management
  • Dictaphone typing
  • Timesheet entry and monthly billing
  • Preparing court briefs and documentation
  • Filing, archiving and general file management


Requirements:

  • Experience in a legal support role – minimum 2 years
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A fast and accurate typing speed
  • Ability to pick things up quickly
  • Immediate availability
