About the role
A leading global law firm with fabulous CBD offices in Sydney are looking for a legal secretary to join their corporate practice. The firm has an excellent reputation and provides a great work/life balance and a range of fantastic benefits.
The firm are seeking and intermediate legal assistant to support their Banking and Finance team. The role would suit a legal secretary who is confident in their ability and can work well in a fast-paced, busy environment. This is a newly created role in which you will be supporting a team of 5 lawyers, so there is great opportunity for growth within the role and company.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have at least 2 years’ experience as a legal secretary and have good document creation skills. You will be able to multi-task and will have excellent Microsoft
Office Suite skills. You should be able to work efficiently whilst using your initiative and showing high attention to detail.
Some of the duties will include:
- Format and amend documents and correspondence
- Assisting with business development and events
- Assist with client enquiries
- Monthly billing
- Maintain client data on software packages
- Diary management
- General administrative tasks
