This mid-tier firm is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Sydney office in their Dispute Resolution team. The team are friendly and down to earth and really respect their colleagues and support staff. This role is predominantly supporting one Partner in a busy practice, they are looking for someone who likes to get stuck into the matters and have heavy involvement in the running of the practice.  

About the role:

  • Supporting a Partner and two other lawyers
  • High level client liaison
  • Diary management
  • Preparing court documentation and correspondence
  • File management
  • End of month billing
  • Dictation   


To be successful you will have:

  • A minimum 4 years’ experience in a legal support role
  • Experience using a document management and billing system
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • A positive and willing attitude
  • A fast and accurate typing speed
