• Minimum 2 years experience in a full function Lending Officer position - experience across Residential and Commercial loans required
• $67,500 + super + benefits

My client is a reputable Professional Services Firm based in Sydney CBD with offices across the Eastern Seaboard. Specialising in services such as Taxation, Audit & Assurance, Insurance and Lending.

I am recruiting for a experienced Lending Officer who has exposure across Commercial and Residential loans (including settlements process) and experience in vehicle finance (would be beneficial but not essential).

Experience required / Responsibilities:

• Preparation of loan submissions
• Co-Ordinate settlements
  • loan draw downs, verification of documents, variations and discharge requests
• Liaising with client throughout the loan process on any queries | documentation required
• Provide lending service updates
• Preparation of weekly lending reports
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years lending experience
• Experience across home loans and commercial loans
• Organisational skills
• Excellent communication - written and verbal
• Up to date lending legislation knowledge
• Certificate of Financial Broking (beneficial)
