Job description
My client is looking for an enthusiastic office services administrator for a 1 week temporary role based in central Brisbane paying $28 + Super per hour. You must be immediately available and WHV’s welcome!
- 2+ years’ office administration experience
- Central Brisbane location
- Immediately available
Providing office support to the Office Manager you will be providing support to approximately 40 staff over one floor. Your duties include but are not limited to:
- Facilities coordination i.e. setting up of meeting rooms, arranging kitchen stock and supplies for the utility room
- Car park access card distribution
- Contractor management (you will get training on this)
- Supporting with the day to day office administration
Working 8:00am to 5:00pm, you will need a minimum of 2 years’ office administration experience, have strong verbal and written communication skills, corporate presentation with a confident and friendly personality.
