About the role 

I am looking for an experienced Office Manager for a short term 8 week temporary position based in Pyrmont.   Looking after a small office of 50 you will be the main point of contact for all staff and visitors.  

​This is a full time position working 9am-5pm Monday-Friday paying $30+Super p.h  I am looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills, recent Office Management experience and the ability to work autonomously in this position.   


Duties to include: 

  • Answering the telephone 
  • Processing invoices 
  • Ordering stationary 
  • Tidying away the kitchen 
  • Meeting & greeting clients 
  • Diary management 
  • Travel arrangement 
  • Supporting events 
  • General admin support
