Job description
I am currently looking for an experienced Office Manager for an ongoing role in Mascot. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a Similar office management role.
The successful applicant will be required to:
- Manage OH&S and Fire Warden responsibilities
- Act as the key contact in the business for office related enquiries
- Assist with end to end recruitment, on-boarding of new staff and training
- Process office maintenance requests
- Support with company wide projects
- Lead with internal office move/relocations
- Manage the Office Junior, front of house and delegate tasks as required
To be successful, you must have:
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
- An enthusiastic, outgoing personality
- A strong attention to detail
- The ability to perform well under pressure
