Job description

I am currently looking for an experienced Office Manager for an ongoing role in Mascot. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a Similar office management role.


The successful applicant will be required to:  

  • Manage OH&S and Fire Warden responsibilities
  • Act as the key contact in the business for office related enquiries 
  • Assist with end to end recruitment, on-boarding of new staff and training 
  • Process office maintenance requests
  • Support with company wide projects  
  • Lead with internal office move/relocations
  • Manage the Office Junior, front of house and delegate tasks as required   


To be successful, you must have: 

  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
  • An enthusiastic, outgoing personality
  • A strong attention to detail
  • The ability to perform well under pressure
