I have been engaged by a Top-Tier Law Firm with a Global footprint t source an Operations Manager for the Sydney office. This firm are true market leaders in their space, with beautiful offices located in the heart of the Sydney CBD. The firm are well known for the excellent quality of work they produce, along with this impressive client portfolio.
About the role
This is a newly created role that has come about due to a change in the firm’s Global Support Services and Operations structure. The role is heavily change management focused and would see you leading both the firm’s Business Services and Secretarial teams in Sydney, along with associated Risk and project-based tasks.
A successful candidate will ideally come from a Professional Services background, with previous leadership experience within a support services function. Experience in managing large change programs will also be highly regarded. The role is extremely fast paced and will require a candidate that can work autonomously.
