Job description
This ASX listed company has seen a sustained period of growth over the past couple of years. With several exciting programs now in the place, the need for an Sales Operations Analyst has come about to join their professional and growing team. In this role you will play a pivotal part in liaising between the business and technical teams. You will display excellent stakeholder engagement experience working with numerous projects in the ecommerce space.
This role plays an integral part in the sales operations team and will centre around sales process automation, driving efficiencies in the day to day workflows in the Sales team & reporting on key sales metrics.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with all levels of the business. You may be working on Commission, CRM solutions, business planning, project management, sales process and reporting. No day will be the same, and we are looking for someone who enjoys running with multiple projects and has a strong commitment to personal accountable service.
You’re confident, a great communicator and looking for an opportunity to work in a high performing and close-knit team. Experience in the telecommunications space would be invaluable and help you get up to speed quickly in this fast moving and high growth business. To be successful for this position you will need to display:
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Ability to manage stakeholders and vendor relationships
- Strong excel skills and experience developing workbooks
- Confidence when presenting reports and providing commentary/ analysis to Management
- Autonomy, initiative and drive for continuous improvement
- Confident in developing value add programs and running them to completion with the Sales team
