Job description

Our NSW Government client are seeking an Organisational Change Manager to support a streamlined CRM system implementation project. You will focus on the people side of change and will be responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies to maximise employee adoption and usage.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan 
  • Create the change impact assessment and mitigation plan and manage dependencies across the program
  • Lead the engagement activities with stakeholders as required 
  • Work with the broader change team in continuing to develop the organisational change management capability and framework
  • Provide coaching to the project team and project sponsors on change management activities

To be successful, you will need:

  • Proven experience in delivering change projects within large complex organisations 
  • Experience supporting a CRM system  / help desk implementation would be highly desirable 
  • Proven experience translating technical language to a wider non-technical audience 
  • Ability to influence and work with a broad range of stakeholders 
  • Advanced communication skills and the ability to adapt language to the needs of stakeholders 
  • Mature approach 
  • Advanced documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities 
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Experience in Education and Welfare would be highly desirable
