Job description

Opportunity for an Organisational Design Specialist to design a support model, incorporating capability uplift for the development of a training program. You will support with job design, role profiling, role to job mapping and capability definition including gap analysis, capability planning, job description writing and staff mapping. 

  • Initial 12 month contract 
  • $800 + super per day
  • Large transformation program 

To be successful, you will need:

  • An advanced degree in Management, Human Resources, Organisational Design and other related subjects
  • Advance knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in Organisational Design 
  • Experience with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of learning management software
  • Experience in redesigning and integrating people and teams around core processes
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels 
  • High attention to detail
  • Previous experience working within the Higher Education/Tertiary sector or within complex, multi-faceted organisations would be desirable. ‘
