About our client 

Our client is a well-known boutique law firm based in the city that has been in operation for over 50 years specializing in corporate and business work, finance and property transactions and commercial litigation. An opportunity has arisen for a talented HR Manager to join them on a part-time basis, 5 days per week. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for: 

  • Managing a team of around 50 people 
  • Providing advice in relation to human resourcing issues 
  • End to end Recruitment 
  • Policy management and development 
  • Performance Management 
  • WHS Policies and procedures 


To be considered for this role you should have: 

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR within the legal industry 
  • Tertiary HR qualifications 
  • Excellent people management experience, including managing grievances 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Outstanding leadership skills
