About the role
I am looking for an experienced Administrator to support the Executive Assistant. The role is working 3 days a week 9am – 5pm paying $40+Super p.h.
Due to an influx in work I am looking for a highly skilled administrator to come in and support the Executive Assistant with her extra workload. This will be a very busy role where you will need to be able to work autonomously and think on your feet.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a Global business based in the Head Office in the CBD.
Duties to include:
- Admin support
- Assisting with invoicing/Expenses/Credit card reconciliations
- Organising travel arrangements
- Help support with events
- Diary management
- Producing contracts
- Answering the telephones
- Recent Administration experience
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Invoice & credit card reconciliation experience
- Advance Outlook & PowerPoint skills
- Extremely organised
- Experience in diary management & travel arrangements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask
The position is being offered on a temporary basis for an initial 3 months but may be extended for the right person.
