  • Immediate start until end of March 2020
  • Available to work through Christmas period, excluding public holidays
  • Geelong location
  • $30 per hour plus super


This transport organisation, based in Geelong are looking for a Payment Officer to join their team to act as the first point of contact for clients seeking support. This growing organisation are going through a busy period and thus require an experienced customer service person to join the team. Reporting to the Team Leader, your tasks will be diverse and you will be required to work at a fast pace. The ideal candidate will have a focus on excellent customer service as well as being a team player.

Main responsibilities:

  • Providing first call resolution upon lodging enquiries
  • Conducting client interviews and application reviews to gain further information
  • Analysing and interpreting information 
  • Entering information into the system at a fast pace
  • Joining in with training to ensure that all contact with internal and external stakeholders meet organisation standards

You will need:

  • Previous call centre experience would be advantageous
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment, having to priortise tasks
  • Previous experience within the transport industry would be beneficial
