Job description
- Senior Payroll Officer / Payroll Accountant

- Front end Payroll, reporting and analysis
- Excellent stakeholder engagement is key for this role | payroll reporting experience required (month and yr end) | ADP experience preferred | perm full time
My client is a Global leader in their market | listed business | creative working environment | flexible working | deadline driven.
This opportunity is requires experience of full function payroll (current or previous) but will be focusing on the front end of payroll, reconciliations, reporting, analysis and process improvement.
The role is being offered permanent full time $80,000+super.
ADP experience would be beneficial along with intermediate Excel skills | excellent communications and full working rights in Australia.
- front end payroll of approx 700+employees | responsible for super, tax, personal & annual leave, terminations, under & over payment etc
- working with external payroll provider and various internal stakeholders (finance and non finance)
- processing month-end (payroll report, leave accrual/balance report & various internal reports inc audit reports)
- analysis across payroll data
- ADP experience beneficial along with ERP system and HR software
- assisting in process improvement / efficiencies
