Job description
My Client is a market leading financial services company who provides a wide range of finance leasing products both commercially and to consumers
The role:
A need for a temporary payroll has come up for an initial period of 2 months starting ASAP covering an annual leave.
The role is responsible for end – end processing of the Australian outsourced fortnightly and monthly payroll and maintenance of master data.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Manage end-end outsourced payroll
- Provide data to outsourced payroll provider with SLA’s
- Manage the checking of the payroll variance report with aid form the HR team
- Ad hoc reporting Master data maintenance in HRIS including hire data, job requisitions and terminations
- Report creation in HRIS
The ideal candidate:
Abilities:
- Intermediate – advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables and v lookups are essential
- Good analytical skills
- Workday experience highly desirable
Experience:
- Previous payroll experience essential
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a high preforming, fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Australian payroll experience highly desirable
