My Client is a market leading financial services company who provides a wide range of finance leasing products both commercially and to consumers
The role:
A need for a temporary payroll has come up for an initial period of 2 months starting ASAP covering an annual leave.
The role is responsible for end – end processing of the Australian outsourced fortnightly and monthly payroll and maintenance of master data.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Manage end-end outsourced payroll
  • Provide data to outsourced payroll provider with SLA’s
  • Manage the checking of the payroll variance report with aid form the HR team
  • Ad hoc reporting Master data maintenance in HRIS including hire data, job requisitions and terminations
  • Report creation in HRIS

The ideal candidate:


  • Intermediate – advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables and v lookups are essential
  • Good analytical skills
  • Workday experience highly desirable 


  • Previous payroll experience essential
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a high preforming, fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Australian payroll experience highly desirable
